Lulu Funk

Lulu Funk is a NZ business, whose garments are designed in NZ and manufactured in India. The bamboo is sourced from China, in a forest certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Certified Organic by the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA). The cotton yarn is certified organic, Organic Exchange 100 Standard (OE100) and the Organic Exchange Blended Standard.  The fibre is processed in India and meets the Oeko-Tex Standard 100. The garments are made in India in a factory using the 5S model for order and cleanliness which ensures safety at its integral core. Workers are highly skilled with ongoing opportunities existing for upskilling. The factory workers are paid well and the factory runs 100% on solar power and only works with fabrics that they consider to have a smaller footprint on the environment or are derived from waste products. Lulu Funk strive to use, and encourage the use of recycled material, wherever possible in packaging.

Please note that both the y-front and regular undie styles can be worn by any child.  The y-front are a more relaxed fit that sits at the hip, are slightly larger through the crotch to allow for adequate space and air circulation of the genitals and the pouch at the front is a fake one.  The regular undies sit higher at the waist and are a more snug fit around the bottom for better coverage on the playground.
