Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We know that despite the convenience of online shopping, it can sometimes be hard with sizing and or colours. We have done our best to offer as much information as possible within each listing, and if you need more information before purchasing please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you do need to return an item, we make it as easy as possible for you! Contact us and we can send you a printable courier ticket, and a courier can collect from your delivery address.
Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, label attached and in the same condition that you received it.
In theory our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange. HOWEVER we are really reasonable people, so as long as we are still selling it in our store it should be OK. Contact us to check.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, do contact us to check it has gone through from our end. You should check your bank account or your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items will be offered a credit note.
